I am Jerrel Jones, DC, LMT a native of Atlanta who enjoys helping and serving others. My wife; Staci and I have been married for over 18 years. We got engaged crafting “tucans” at the Center for Puppetry Arts. We have two handsome sons; Konor and Luke, who are model students in the Brookwood community.

As an honors graduate of Southwest Dekalb High School, and graduate of Georgia Southern University, I received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Accounting.

My first job was at Bank South as a Hardware/Software Administrator, and I remained there for 3 years. After a bank merger, I became the Secretary of the Central Services Department at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. I served the Piedmont staff and patients for 12 years; and grew from Secretary to a Department Control Coordinator. When staff reductions were expected, I saw a commercial for Georgia Career Institute and took my wife for a tour of the massage therapy program. (continued below)

While working…I attended massage school at night and graduated as a massage therapist in 2010. My first massage therapist position was at One Stop Wellness with Dr. Cara Iovino and Dr. Rhiannon Cramer. Dr. Rhiannon signed me up for a leadership conference at Life University, because they thought I would be a good chiropractor.

The weekend of the conference, I saw a friend from the third grade; Keith Jordan, a Life University recruiter. Then they showed a clip from my favorite movie, Dead Poet’s Society. (continued below)

My favorite scene from the movie, is when the students quote “O Captain, my Captain” it makes you want to stand up for something meaningful and make a difference… you talk about God directing your life! After that weekend, I was accepted into the chiropractic program. I started Life University 2015, and graduated in my living room in 2020. The amazing support of my wife, boys, parents, extended family, and friends fueled me in completing chiropractic school. After enduring many challenges, I am excited to give my life and talents toward serving the Brookwood Community.

I am committed to lending you a hand in a united effort toward a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Chiropractic and massage are instrumental toward your health and wellbeing. It takes a consistent team effort to achieve the desired results for each patient. I am delighted to partner with you in your healthcare and community needs.
